  • Health & Wellbeing: fitness, mindfulness, healthy meal planning
  • Creativity & Leisure: art, music, gardening, photography, crafting
  • Community Access: volunteering, recreation, outings, public transport practice

Children’s Programs

(NDIS Capacity Building – Social & Community Participation)

  • School Readiness: routines, early literacy/numeracy, following instructions
  • Social Communication: friendship skills, cooperation, problem-solving
  • Sensory Regulation: calm-down strategies, sensory circuits, movement breaks

 

 Program Delivery

  • 2–3 hour structured sessions
  • Weekly, fortnightly or school-holiday intensives
  • Centre-based or community-based programs
  • Assisted transport or travel-training options available
