Early Childhood (0–6 years)
Growing strong foundations through play, relationships and everyday routines.
We provide Early Childhood Supports under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA), using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based early intervention. Our clinicians build your child’s functional capacity across communication, social interaction, regulation, movement and independence.
We combine play-based therapy, parent/caregiver coaching, and routine-based intervention so your child’s skills grow across all environments—home, community, kindergarten and early learning settings.
Key Focus Areas
- Communication: first words, receptive/expressive language, joint attention, interactive play
- Social interaction: turn-taking, imitation, peer engagement, shared enjoyment
- Emotional regulation: co-regulation, sensory strategies, calming routines, predictable transitions
- Motor development: core strength, stability, bilateral coordination, grasp, pre-writing
- Daily living skills: mealtimes, dressing, toileting, sleep routines, independence
- Learning & participation: following instructions, group engagement, foundation literacy/numeracy, school readiness
How Sessions Work
- Play-based developmental sessions following your child’s interests
- Parent coaching during and after sessions
- Short, practical home strategies after each visit
- Regular reviews using NDIS outcome measures
